“While there are numerous Allman Brothers Tribute Bands performing out there, like the saying goes, “many are called, but few are chosen” – well, Statesboro is one of the chosen few. Their unique blend of original ABB tradition mixed with traditional nuances allows them to stand out above the others.
When Statesboro cranks it up, all you have to do is close your eyes and let the
music carry you back to the early days of At Fillmore East and Eat a Peach. This isn’t just a tribute band; Statesboro plays with an improvised passion that would make Duane, Gregg, Dickey, Berry, Jaimoe and Butch proud. Be sure to catch Statesboro whenever and wherever you can; you’ll want them to play all night!"

"I first saw the Allman Brothers Band in 1970, when I was a 19-year-old kid with a
pocket full of goodies, a camera, and a dream. 55 years later, that band and their
music made my dream come true. I ended up traveling the world with the ABB,
herding the band from gig to gig, and capturing their inner workings through my
lens. During that journey, I went to countless cities, encountered lots of fans, and
saw too many cover bands. Then I heard Statesboro, and those guys reminded me
of what I loved about the original Allman Brothers line-up. They play to honor the
music, and to always serve the song. Take it from the Tour Mystic, boys and girls:
Statesboro can truly hit the note."
